Music & Worship
at Peace Lutheran Church
Music and worship is alive joy-filled at Peace Lutheran Church! We utilize Evangelical Lutheran Worship for the worship life of our community. The worship service liturgy is projected so that it is very easy for our guests to worship at Peace Church.

Music leads the community in worship, which is centered around the baptistery with its flowing water, the table for the Lord’s Supper, and the pulpit from which the Bible is read and Gospel proclaimed. Holy Communion is celebrated every Sunday. There are many roles in worship for the assistance of the laity—greeters, ushers, crucifer, acolytes, communion assistants, and lectors. We offer training for those involved with worship that everyone may enjoy their leadership.

This vocal choir participates at the 9:30am worship service from September through June. The choir sings a wide variety of music, from baroque to recently published music. In addition to the Sunday services, the choir assists in worship at several additional services including Christmas Eve, Epiphany, Ash Wednesday, the Three Days of Maundy Thursday, Good Friday and the Easter Vigil, Easter, Ascension and the annual Service of Peace. Membership in the choir is open to anyone aged 16 and over. A heart for offering a sacrifice of praise using your voice and the ability to attend rehearsals are the only requirements.
Come join us as we do ministry through music.

Peace also has a Bell Choir that participate in the 9:30am worship service at different times throughout the year. We were blessed to have acquired a 3-octave set of Schulmerich Handbells from Christ Lutheran Cape Coral. Our Bell Choir is open to beginners or rusty ringers. We have smaller groups of ringers.
